Summary

We are looking for a Water Truck Driver who can get water where it needs to go, on time and without creating extra problems for the crew.

This role is straightforward. Drive safely, handle the truck properly, stay organized, and keep things moving. We will support you, but we are looking for someone who already knows what they are doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive a water truck to and from job sites
• Load and unload water without turning it into a mess for everyone else
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections so nothing catches you off guard
• Secure loads and follow all safety requirements
• Keep logs and paperwork accurate and up to date
• Report issues early instead of after they become a bigger problem
• Handle basic maintenance and take care of your equipment
• Follow PPE and safety expectations. We like our people going home the same way they arrived
• Communicate clearly with your team and customers
• Be ready to respond to spills if needed
• Help out where needed. This is a team, not a one-person show
• Finish your paperwork at the end of the day so the next day starts clean

What We’re Looking For

• Strong truck and trailer driving experience required. You can back up cleanly without needing a full audience
• Valid Class DZ driver’s license preferred. Class G will only be considered with solid, proven truck and trailer experience
• 1 to 2 years of relevant driving experience. More is always better
• Strong understanding of safety practices. You think ahead instead of reacting
• Able to work independently and figure things out without constant direction
• Comfortable with basic tech. Phone, GPS, simple logs
• Communicates clearly and stays organized
• Shows up on time, works hard, and does not need to be chased

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
• Outdoor work in all types of weather
• Hands-on use of equipment and vehicle controls

This is a full-time position through spring, summer, and fall, with opportunities for winter work.
