Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year

Location: Remote (Atlantic Canada)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with Ontario Eastern Time

At CSL Group, we build parks, pathways, bridges, and public spaces that shape communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Civil Construction Estimator to support competitive bid delivery and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support tenders for civil projects including parks, trails, bridges, and municipal infrastructure
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Complete quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimates and bid submissions
• Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Support pre-construction planning and project handoff
• Collaborate with Project Managers and operations teams

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of civil construction estimating experience
• Experience with municipal or public tenders is an asset
• Background in civil infrastructure, site development, or landscape construction
• Proficiency with HeavyBid or similar, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work Eastern Time hours
• Relevant diploma or degree is an asset
