The Role: Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator / Snow Removal Crew Lead

Earn $25–$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options*
Paid bi-weekly

You can earn $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.

There will be long hours, undesirable weather, and those “why am I awake right now?” moments, but you’ll be part of a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who will support you every step of the way.

To Apply, You Should Have the Following

  • G2 license and clean driver’s abstract required

  • Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment

  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)

  • Open availability for on-call work (snow likes to fall at night — hours may be very late or very early)

  • Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days

  • Access to a mobile phone for communication

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency

  • Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more

Compensation

  • $25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability

  • Guaranteed Pay Options* during the snow season

  • Paid bi-weekly

  • Opportunity for full-time, year-round employment if desired at the end of the contract
