What You Will Be Doing
HR Operations and Employee Support
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and personnel changes
Support payroll, benefits, time off, and attendance inquiries
Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions
Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and background checks
Lead onboarding activities to ensure new hires feel supported from day one
Partner with managers to ensure smooth employee transitions
Training, Development and Succession Planning
Assist with scheduling and coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives
Support performance management processes and documentation
Contribute to succession planning and workforce development projects
HR Systems and Projects
Maintain and utilize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, time tracking) for reporting and analysis
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through technology
Participate in cross-functional HR projects that support organizational growth
Who You Are
You have a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
You have 1 to 3 years of HR administrative or coordination experience, co-op and internships count
You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Excel
You are organized, proactive, and enjoy getting things done
You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
You are ready to continue growing your HR skills while staying hands-on with the work
