Branch Administrator
Job Title: Branch Administrator
Location: Ancaster, ON | Job Type: Full-Time
Are you that person who thrives on keeping things organized, loves checking things off a list, and somehow knows where everything is—even if it’s not yours? If so, we want you on our team in Ancaster!
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, people-loving, detail-oriented Branch Administrator to help keep our Ancaster branch running like a well-oiled (and super friendly) machine. This isn’t just another admin job—this is your chance to grow your career with a team that values you, supports you, and knows how to have a little fun while getting things done.
What You’ll Be Up To
Your days will be full of variety, problem-solving, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with our Branch Manager and team to keep everything organized and on track. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be doing:
Helping the Branch Manager with admin tasks, reports, and keeping things running smoothly
Creating purchase orders, issuing invoices, and keeping financial records tidy
Reconciling vendor invoices and spotting issues before they become problems
Supporting Account Managers with contracts, tenders, and essential paperwork
Keeping track of uniforms, safety records, and snow/ice management reports
Assisting with onboarding new employees and being their go-to for those “how do I?” questions
Answering phones and emails like the friendly, organized pro you are
Pitching in on company events and helping troubleshoot tech issues
Basically being the glue that holds the branch together
What’s In It For You
When you join us, you get more than a paycheck—you get:
A supportive team that appreciates your work
Opportunities to grow your skills and your career (we love to promote from within)
Real work-life balance and people who genuinely care
A chance to make a difference in the spaces people live, work, and play in
A role that keeps things interesting—every day is different
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for perfection—but if you’re:
Friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others
Comfortable with Excel and open to learning new tools
Great at juggling tasks and staying calm under pressure
A proactive problem-solver who likes to figure things out
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
We think you’ll be a great fit.
It’s a plus if you have 2+ years of admin experience and post-secondary education in a related field—but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
