We are currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our  Estimating Team team. This role is essential in crafting compelling, tailored proposals that align with client needs and help drive our continued success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Proposal Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and analyzing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs), and other competitive bid documents.
  • Leading the development of proposal strategies, creating high-quality written content including approach, methodology, and technical sections.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and write proposal specifics, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing multiple proposals, ensuring timely and professional submissions.
  • Coordinating all proposal elements, including necessary documentation such as bonding, insurance, and scheduling.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of resumes, project profiles, and content for future proposal submissions.
  • Preparing engaging presentations for proposal interviews.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in the construction or landscape industry responding to RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bids.
  • A degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience prefered.
